Advice to Management Remember that you are not entitled to employees. This can change and if it does you want to be in a position where your employees actually want to work at your firm.Let the chain of command develop and function without interference. Know that employee morale can be impacted by your words and actions. I had many questions and order concerns that were ignored or dismissed. There were some but applied differently to different people.
The few new positions created are appointed and announced after the fact, leaving no ability for current employees to apply.
